Is there a minimum or maximum length of stay?

Yes, our minimum stay is two nights. If you are planning a longer visit – for example, 30 nights or more – we offer attractive discounts. Please contact us, and we will be happy to create a customized offer tailored to your needs.

Do I need to sign a rental contract for extended stays?

No, a rental contract is not required. Your apartment is booked as temporary accommodation, just like a hotel room.

Do you offer a best price guarantee on your website?

Yes! By booking directly through our website, you avoid third-party platform fees and benefit from our best available rates.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept payments via bank transfer (invoice), PayPal, and credit card payments through Stripe. If you prefer to pay in cash, please let us know in advance.

What are the cancellation policies?
  • Cancellations must be made in writing.
  • Free cancellation is possible up to 14 days before arrival.
  • Cancellations up to 7 days before arrival will incur 50% of the total price.
  • Cancellations made later or no-shows will result in 100% of the total price being charged.
  • The time of receipt of the cancellation by Apartments Bauer is decisive.
  • The guest may provide evidence of a lesser damage.
  • Apartments Bauer reserves the right to prove a higher damage.

Please note that cancellation terms on external booking platforms may differ.

Can I modify my reservation?

Changes are generally possible, subject to availability. Please contact us as early as possible so that we can find a suitable solution for you.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is available from 3:00 PM, and check-out is required by 11:00 AM. If you need flexible timing or have special requests, please let us know – we will do our best to accommodate you. Kindly leave the room key in the apartment upon departure.

How does self-check-in work?

After booking, you will receive a personal PIN code for our key safe, located right next to the main entrance. This allows you to check in independently and at your convenience. If you prefer a personal key handover, please inform us in advance.

Are bed linens and towels provided?

Yes, bed linens and towels are included and comply with the OEKO-TEX® Standard 100. Our high-quality towels, made of soft terry cloth with a density of 480 g/m&³2;, provide a luxurious hotel-like experience.

Is breakfast available?

As a family-run establishment, we do not offer breakfast ourselves. However, we are happy to recommend excellent nearby cafés and bakeries such as Hasi, Kreitmaier, Café Glashaus, and Ellis Caféhaus, where you can enjoy a delicious start to your day.

Is there a laundry facility available?

Yes, our laundry room is equipped with a washing machine and dryer. We can also provide an iron and ironing board upon request. The cost per washing or drying cycle is €4.

Do you provide bicycles for guests?

Absolutely! We’re happy to offer complimentary bicycles for our guests – perfect for exploring the beautiful surroundings at your own pace. Prefer to bring your own bike? No problem at all – you're welcome to store it safely with us during your stay.

Are pets allowed?

Yes, pets are welcome, provided that prior arrangements are made with us. A fee of €20 per day applies per pet.

How often is the apartment cleaned?

Apartments are cleaned weekly. For longer stays, we also offer optional mid-stay cleaning – please contact us for details.

What cooking facilities are available?

Our apartment is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, cookware, cutlery, and dishes. Please note that our family apartments No. 5 and 6 only have a referigerator and microwave. If anything is missing or needs replacement, please let us know – we are happy to assist.

Is parking available, and can I charge my electric car?

Yes, we offer complimentary on-site parking for our guests.
If you need to charge your electric car, a charging station is within walking distance at Grafing Bahnhof.

Is there a contact person on-site?

While we do not have a traditional reception, we are available during the day and can assist you within minutes if needed. For urgent matters or any questions, feel free to ring our doorbell upstairs. We, the Bauer family, are happy to assist you.
