With great attention to detail and a passion for creating something special, Benedict Bauer opened Apartments Bauer in March 2025. In doing so, he continues the legacy of the family-run Gästehaus Bauer, originally founded by his grandparents, Mathilde and Franz Bauer, in 1994 in the former premises of Bäckerei Bauer. Now, with fresh ideas and a modern touch, he breathes new life into this historic building.

The house has been carefully renovated and is continuously being improved – a place where Bavarian charm blends seamlessly with contemporary living.

Whether you're traveling for business, visiting a trade fair, heading to Oktoberfest, or simply exploring the region – we offer you a comfortable home away from home.
